John HawkinsChief Executive and Chairman Joined the Board as Non-Executive Director in December 2010 and appointed as CEO in April 2011. John succeed Tim Trotter as Chairman in May 2011. Currently non-executive Chairman of Psion plc and previously Chairman of Genus plc. In the past five years Mr Hawkins has also chaired All New Video plc, Salamander Organisation Limited, Easybroker International Limited and was CEO of Atex Group. |

James Ronald Trumper BSC, FCAGroup Finance Director and Company SecretaryJoined the Board in January 2000 and was appointed Company Secretary in October 2000. He previously held the positions of Finance Director of the Mitsubishi Electric Corporation PC Division and Group Finance Director of Bluebird Toys plc. |

Previously he was CEO of UDEX Holdings Ltd and headed the Broadcast Systems Division of VITEC Group plc. He has built a career running successful technology businesses. |

Oliver Bernard Ellingham BA, ACAIndependent Non-Executive DirectorJoined the Board in October 2007. He was previously Head of Corporate Finance for Europe for BNP Paribas for ten years having previously been a Director of Flemings, the investment bank that is now part of JPMorgan. He is a non-executive director of Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited, McCarthy & Stone plc and the Notting Hill Housing Trust. |

John Varney BAIndependent Non-Executive DirectorJoined the Board in October 2011. He has spent 35 years in the broadcast industry, including Director of Technology and Chief Technology Officer for Granada. He was Global Chief Technology Officer at the BBC, and has spent the last five years working as an advisor and NED for emerging technology companies, combined with work across a broad range of organisations inside and outside the broadcast sector. John is a member of OFCOM's Advisory Committee for England. |

Andrew Sleigh MA FInstP CPhys Independent Non-Executive DirectorJoined the Board in October 2011. He has worked primarily within the Ministry of Defence and was Group Managing Director of the Defence and Technology sector at QinetiQ plc, going on to become the Group Technology Officer. He holds several advisory positions, including Vice Chair to the European Advisory Group for security research, between 1998 and 2009 was a member of the OFCOM Spectrum Management Advisory Board and is an Adjunct Professor at Imperial College Business School. |
